After the old Drupal based website of Surf-Club-Augsburg hadn’t worked properly anymore, we decided to create a completely new website. Fellow SCA-member Christian from sprachrohr.eu provided webspace and a basic Joomla! installation. I took care of the further technical development which is more or less just a lot of clicking, hardly any coding. I installed almost the same components that I already used in a Joomla! project back in 2007:
- JoomGallery
- jDownloads
- JEvents
With only these components (and a few nice modules) you can build a pretty informative website for clubs. These components also offer possibilities to add events, photos e.g. in the frontend. So I added a frontend login and a small administration menu where club members with credentials can log in and do stuff without my help.

Your article helped me a lot, is there any more related content? Thanks! https://accounts.binance.com/si-LK/register?ref=LBF8F65G
789com, huh? Jumped in for a look. It’s pretty standard, nothing too exciting. Layout is okay, but could be more modern. Worth a look if you’re bored: 789com
